The idea is to puncture a sheet of aluminum foil with a needle and place it under a lamp. On the surface below, you will see the inverted image of the lamp. Apply this principle in an opaque box, photographic paper at the bottom, and grow. If I'm really incomprehensible, you'll find plenty of tutorials on the web.
