1. Single rotation (180 °)
Make two kicks rights (even when no base), then run your right foot devant.Vous are then balanced on one foot (right) and you are rotated 90 °. Then, jump with the right foot and left foot in front. You are then returned to 180 °.
2. Double single rotation (360 °)
Rotate simple (see above) and then made a direct kick and then chaining the same rotation to return to the starting point (360 °).
3. Single spin with foot slammed
Rotate simple. When you've made, you must do two kicks back directly, so-called "foot slap".
4. Single spin rotation + mini
After completing the single rotation, the principle is then to recover in the same sense in which it was gone. Then you drag your feet on the ground (in the same direction as the rotating only) to be in the direction of starting position.
5. Rotation with feet raised
You must run your right foot and then you turn while keeping your left foot in the air (see video for position of the latter). Finally, put your left foot that was in the air flat front and behind your right foot flat.
6. Single spin faster (and dual)
This figure consists in a rotation with the difference that you do not support and then you turn in the air (a sort of half-Vrie). Then do two times to do a double rotation.
7. Combination of rotations
The p irst phase of this combination is to make a single rotation followed by a mini rotation (see above). You then run your other foot in the air (left). After turning in the same direction, make a turn around and return to your left foot in front of and behind the right. Repeat this twice and you have performed a combination of rotations.
8. Single spin faster (and dual)
Rotate Simple (180 °). You must then return without moving your feet up but just changing direction (see video). After you just have to make a mini rotation (see above).
